A residential neighborhood consisting mainly of townhouses extending to the east of the U.S. Capitol. Used to be crime ridden area but has undergone a gentrification process. Areas east of Lincoln Park, which is also considered Capitol Hill, have drastically improved as crime and drug activity is decreasing.
