7-story office building completed in 1904 as a warehouse. Designed by Frederick C. Zobel, it is clad in light-beige brick above a 2-story base with banded piers on granite plinths. The facade is articulated as two wider middle bays, and narrower end bays. Both ends have recessed entrances with a metal-framed door and sidelight below a transom, topped by a cornice carried on console brackets. The middle bays have storefronts with metal-framed double-doors and narrow outer sidelights. The 2nd floor has double-windows in the middle bays, and single-windows in the end bays, all topped by scrolled keystones. At the middle bays, black iron spandrels separate the two lower floors. The base is capped by a stone band course.

The upper floors also have double-windows in the middle bays and single-window end bays with splayed stone lintels. The middle bays are segmental-arched at the 6th floor, with keystones. The 7th floor is set off by a band course, and has paired windows in the middle bays. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with scrolled brackets and modillions. The ground floor is occupied by Kadampa Meditation.
