150-foot, 12-story Neo-Classical/Romanesque office building completed in 1912. Designed by William H. Birkmire, it is clad in beige brick and terra-cotta above a 3-story base framed in limestone, with iron and glass infill. The limestone frame surrounding the base rests of granite plinths at the ends. The main entrance is near the east end, with wrought-iron-and-glass double-doors below a tall transom. The west end has a freight entrance with black metal double-doors below a transom. The middle of the ground floor has a black metal storefront with recessed glass doors in the center. The 2nd & 3rd floors have three bays, with flat stone pilasters separating them on the 2nd floor, and the 3rd floor having the pilaster overlaid with slender, fluted colonnettes with diminutive Corinthian capitals. The center bay has a tripartite window, and the end bays are split into two sets of double-windows, with the outer ones recessed.

The upper floors have brick piers with staggered edges, and four bays of triple-windows with black iron mullions. There are terra-cotta sills and lintels, and at the 11th floor the window bays are segmental-arched and the piers have terra-cotta capitals. The 12th floor is fully clad in terra-cotta and has a trio of recessed, round-arched windows in each bay. The roof line has a terra-cotta cornice.
