6-story friary completed in 2007 as part of the surrounding mixed-use project called The Epic. It is clad in tan brick, with the lower half of the ground floor clad in grey stone blocks. The front facade is four bays wide, with a wide, segmental-arched entrance spanning the two eastern bays. It has two sets of wood-and-glass double-doors with sidelight and transoms, capped by a curving metal canopy. The two western bays also have segmental-arched openings, with a window in one (with wood framing), and a secondary entrance in the westernmost (with wood-and-glass double-doors and a split transom. Metal vents top each of the ground-floor bays. The 2nd floor has paired windows in stone frames at each bay, with thick sills; the 3rd floor has segmental-arched windows with the same sills, brick headers, and black iron framing. The 4th & 5th floors have square-headed triple-windows with black metal vents at the bases, stone sills, and shallow stone arches above the top windows. The eastern-facing wall is also tan brick, with several bays of triple-windows above the adjoining tower lobby and terrace. The top floor of the friary is recessed, with similar triple-windows on both the south and east elevations.
