150-foot, 12-story Neo-Renaissance office building completed in 1912. Designed by William H. Birkmire, it is clad in brown brick above a 3-story that was re-clad in 2016 with white metal panels. The ground floor has a glass storefront on the left, with glass double-doors, and the main entrance on the right, with matching glass double-doors. The entrance is separated from the storefront by a pier clad in bright magenta panels, and is covered by a metal canopy of the same color. The 2nd & 3rd floors have bands of six window panes with magenta metal framing; the end windows at both floors are very slightly recessed.

The upper floors are set off by a stone band course with an egg-and-dart molding. They have bands of six windows separated by thick, black iron mullions. They have thin stone sills, and broader stone lintels topped by thin egg-and-dart moldings. The piers at the 11th floor are topped by stone capitals with wreaths, and the top floor is set off by a stone cornice. It has stone piers with angled edges, and three bays of double-windows. A simple white stone parapet marks the roof line, surmounted by a glass railing. The base is the building is occupied by DK Display mannequins.
