4-story office building completed in 1914. It is clad in brown brick above a metal, red brick, and glass storefront and a glass door to the upper floors at the south end. The upper floors have wide tripartite studio windows in black metal framing, with brick lintels. The brick spandrels between floors have trios of small diamond shapes. At the top of the facade is a parapet with a small stone square featuring a shield; the roof line is stepped-up at the ends, and peaked in the center, with metal coping. An angled billboard is mounted on the roof.
