6-story residential building completed in 1902. Designed by M. Bernstein, it is clad in brown brick above a 2-story stone base painted black at the ground floor and white at the 2nd floor. The main entrance is centered, with glass double-doors. To either side is a glass-and-metal storefront, each with double-doors. The 2nd floor has two wide bays of five windows in white metal framing, and the base is capped by a thin stone cornice.

The upper floors have two bays of four windows each, with white metal mullions - those separating the outer panes are wider. The windows have thin stone sills and brick lintels, and there are small stone squares decorating the brick spandrels between floors. The facade is crowned by a shallow brick gable with a stone cap; within the gable is a stone panel flanked by stone diamond shapes, a row of recessed vertical notches growing shorter to each side, and a smaller diamond shape at the ends.

The building was converted to condos in 1996, with 10 units.
