This is a dumbbell or double roundabout interchange between Virginia Route 7 (Harry Byrd Highway) and Virginia Route 9 (Charles Town Pike) near Paeonian Springs, Virginia. It is a diamond configuration which also connects to Virginia Route 7 Business (Colonial Highway) and Secondary Route 699 (Dry Mill Road) from the south roundabout. It is the eastern terminus of Route 9 and also of Route 7 Business through Round Hill, Purcellville, and Hamilton. The Washington & Old Dominion (W&OD) trail also passes through the interchange, with a loop and an underpass beneath one of the ramps. The interchange was first built around 1980 as a standard diamond interchange at the eastern end of the Hamilton bypass. It was reconstructed around 2015 with the construction of the roundabouts and re-routing of the W&OD trail.
