4-story Italianate hostel completed in 1890. It is clad in white-painted brick with tan stone and metal trim. The ground floor has dark-brown cast-iron piers framing an entrance at the north end, with a metal-and-glass door. To the south is a metal-and-glass storefront with glass-and-metal double-doors.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with bracketed stone sills and curved lintels. A light-tan metal fire escape runs down the north two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a metal roof cornice acanthus-leaf brackets, modillions, and panels. The ground floor is occupied by a 7-Eleven.
