4-story office building completed sometime in the late 1800s. It is clad in tan brick above a ground floor with stainless-steel piers framing a metal-and-glass storefront on the left (with glass double-doors) and an entrance to the upper floors on the right, with a red metal-and-glass door. The ground floor is topped by a broad, white sign band.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with stone sills with pointed brackets, and peaked and bracketed stone lintels with delicate decorative designs. A black iron fire escape runs down the northern two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a brown metal roof cornice with brackets, modilions, and panels. The ground floor is occupied by Five Guys burgers.
