2-story commercial building completed sometime in the early 1900s. The lower part of the facade has been re-clad in pink granite, while the roof parapet at the top retains its original beige brick. The ground floor has roll-down metal gates on both sides, flanking a central entrance with grey metal double-doors. The 2nd floor has glass-block infill with two double-windows set in it. The roof parapet set a stone coping and is stepped up at both ends. The building is occupied by Stone & Tiles.
