Twin 4-story commercial building completed around 1900. The two matching halves of the joined facade are clad in white stone blocks above metal-and-glass storefronts at the ground floor. There are separate entrances to the upper floors for Nos. 356 & 358, both at the south end of their respective sections, with slightly-recessed brown metal-and-glass doors. The storefronts both have glass doors between show-windows.

The upper floors have wide tripartite windows with black iron mullions. The roof line has a band of colored tiles with a triangle pattern, surmounted by twin stone parapets that step up toward the centers. The ground floor is occupied by Gregorys Coffee, and Popeyes chicken.
