Incentra Home Chelsea

USA / New Jersey / West New York / West 29th Street, 305

5-story hotel (hostel) originally completed in the 1860s as a rowhouse. It is clad in tan brick above a brownstone ground floor that was originally the raised basement. The stoop has been replaced by a ground-level entrance on the left, with a wood-and-glass door and sidelights framed by brownstone pilasters topped by a cornice. To the right are two single-windows with iron grilles.

The upper floors have three bays of single-windows with brown-painted stone sills and lintels with thin metal cornices. A black metal fire escape runs down the facade, which is crowned by a green metal roof cornice with brackets and panels. The building is now occupied by Incentra Home Chelsea hostel.
