The ground floor has two sections of black pre-cast stone topped by wood paneled veneer one is at the south end with a glass door to the larger, south glass-and-metal storefront, and the other separates this storefront from the smaller northern one. The 2nd floor has a black, ribbed metal mansard interrupted above the south storefront by a wide triple-window of plate glass topped by riveted black metal panels between which is a vertical sign extending above the roof line. The building is occupied by a McDonald's and NYC Gifts and Luggage.
