3-story commercial building completed in 1898. The front facade is clad in red-painted brick with grey-painted stone trim. The ground floor has a loading dock on the left, and two recessed entrances on the right. The main one has glass double-doors atop a stone landing; directly to its right is a slightly shorter wooden door in a stainless-steel surround, fronted by a narrow set of steps up to the landing.

The upper floors have two bays of double-windows with iron grilles, framed by flat stone surrounds. There is also stone trim at the edges of the facade, and some decorative trim at the top, with a diamond shape below the grey roof cornice. A small, brown fire escape runs down the middle of the facade.

The east elevation is a plain, stuccoed wall with no openings. The west elevation is clad in parged brick painted red, and has a few windows of different sizes near the middle. The building is occupied by Manhattan Aquariums.
