203-foot, 23-story modernist hotel completed in 2018. Designed by Gene Kaufman Architects, the tower is only 24 feet wide. The facade is clad in dark-red brick. The ground floor is polished black granite. On the left is a large, square, plate-glass window bordered by a silver metal frame with thin, rounded banding, resembling a picture frame. On the right are steel-framed glass double-doors, and a steel-framed glass service door.

Above the ground floor there are two bays of square openings with double-windows in aluminum framing; the inner panes are narrower than the outer ones, and air-conditioning vents are incorporated into each window unit. There is a setback above the 9th floor, with a glass railing. The top three floors angle back, and are clad in grey pre-cast stone panels, with mechanical housing rising up above and behind.

The hotel has 89 guest rooms.
