2-story commercial building completed in 1925. The facade was renovated in 2015, when the current occupant - Havana NY restaurant - moved in. It is faced in beige stucco with red-painted stone trim. The ground floor has wooden 4-panel French windws on the left, and two entrances on the right, with wood-framed glass double-doors in the first one, and a wood-framed single-door at the end. The 2nd floor has a central, recessed 6-pane French window fronted by a decorative iron grille, with a small single-window at each end. A thin metal cornice caps the roof line.
