247-foot, 21-story modernist hotel completed in 2019. Designed by Gene Kaufman, it is clad in a glass curtain wall with thin, beige aluminum framing, and with thin piers of beige pre-cast concrete at the edges. The ground floor has a set of glass double-doors, and a glass service door at the east end.

There is a setback above the 5th floor, with a metal railing. A smaller setback tops the 18th floor, and a tall mechanical housing rises above the lower roof line, behind a small roof deck. The hotel contains 79 guest rooms.
