6-story International-style commercial building completed in 1958 to a design by David & Earl Levy as an industrial warehouse called the Diana Stotes Building. Five years later, the Vorhees Technical Institute (formerly the New York Trade School) purchased the building and converted it to educational use.
The facades are clad in blue glazed brick with horizontal rows of steel ribbon windows. Except for at the ends, the 6th floor is setback from the rest on both facades. In 2017, the city sought to sell the property for redevelopment.
