Simple house, probably built in the 18th century. The archaic appearance, the triangular pediment, the brick walls mixed with large stone boulders towards the base, may indicate an earlier date when the house was built.
Starting with 2014, the house was partially rebuilt and renovated, the body of the house being slightly raised, the gables being made shorter, but the overall appearance is in accordance with the architecture of the old Saxon village Gușterița / Hammersdorf.
