7-story modernist residential building completed in 2020. Designed by Marvel Architects, is it clad in white pre-cast stone and dark-blue glass. The building is divided into two identical 7-story sections by a multi-story glass amenities bridge. Setbacks are found above the 6th floor and make way for outdoor terraces. The ground floor is a glass wall with black stone along the bottom and top, and multiple retail entrances. The amenities bridge at the front has a glass curtain wall, and behind it is a landscaped courtyard atop the ground floor.

The east facades of the north and south tower components have four bays of various widths, the outer ones the widest. The window surrounds are gently beveled inward, and the windows are divided by thin, projecting, vertical metal fins. The north facade of the north component and the south facade of the south components have nine bays of varying widths, and the windows are shifted left or right depending on floor. The setbacks above the 6th floor have glass railings, and the top floors are double-height, clad in glass curtain walls.

The building contains 92 condominium units. The ground floor and cellar space are occupied by Target, Diamond Braces, The Dermatology Specialists, and Bond Vet.
