2-story commercial building completed in 1920. Designed by C.A. Ellis, it is composed of two sections, both clad in red brick (but of slightly different shades). The 2-story east section has a metal door on the left and a garage door with a roll-down metal gate on the right. The 2nd floor has four single-windows, the middle two paired together. At the top is a very tall roof parapet with a stone coping.

The shorter, 1-story west section has no openings on the south facade, and there is a strip of darker brick at the west end. The west facade facing a parking lot has blue-painted brick, and a row of garage doors.
