2-story mercantile building completed in 1928. Designed by Bert Michaels, it is clad in rough-faced, large-scale tan bricks. The small east facade on the avenue has a black metal door at the south end, and a plate-glass double-window at the north, with a black canvas awning above both that also wraps around the corner and runs down half of the north facade. The 2nd floor has no openings, but there there are mounted signs, and it is capped by a stone coping.

The north facade on 46th Street is much longer. The east end has five bays, with two entrances alternating with three windows, all under the awning. The west end of the ground floor has another wide window, a double metal service door, and a single metal service door. There are five small single-windows at the west end of the 2nd floor.

The building is occupied by Z Best Pizza, and was previously used by Daisy Mays' BBQ.
