3-story mercantile building completed in 1925. It is clad in reddish-orange brick, banded on the ground floor. At the west end is a segmental-arched, black paneled garage door. To the right are two single-windows and the entrance, with a metal-framed glass door and sidelight. The upper floors are set off by a stone band.

The west side of the upper floors, very slightly recessed, have French doors opening onto black iron fire escape landings, while the east side has a trio of single-windows on both floors, with splayed brick lintels with keystones. A black metal cornice tops both sides, with a triangular pediment at the east side. Rising slightly above is a brick roof parapet with a stone coping. The building is occupied by Veritas Studio Wines.
