3-story commercial building completed in 1887. It is clad in light brown-painted brick. The east half of the ground floor has a wide garage door next to a metal service door. The west half has the main entrance, with steel-framed glass double-doors, narrow sidelights, and a transom, and another service door with a roll-down metal gate. A band of white paint caps the ground floor.

The upper floors have six bays of single-windows with white-painted, flat stone lintels, and thin, brown-painted sills. There are brown metal grilles on most of the 2nd-floor windows. The roof line is marked by a dentil band and metal coping. The building is occupied by United Refrigeration.
