Prince Lumber

USA / New Jersey / West New York / West 47th Street, 618
 lumber yard, commercial building

1-story mercantile building completed in 2015, and joined with the existing smaller building at the east end. The facade is clad in rough-faced, beige stone cast in blocks. The main facade has two large garage doors, in between which is a section with a glass-and-metal door next to a plate-glass double-windows (both below a grey canvas awning), and a dark-grey metal service door. Both ends have another service door. Above the plate-glass window next to the main entrance is a tripartite window at the 2nd-level loft office area. Two horizontal dark-grey stripes run across the facade, which is capped by a metal coping. Large letters spell out 'PRINCE LUMBER" just below the roof line, at the center. The somewhat shorter east end section has another garage door, a metal service door, and a single-window. The lower roof line also has a metal coping, and is stepped up at the middle.
