2-story commercial building completed in 1940 as a garage. Designed by Elias K. Herzog, it is divided into two halves, both clad in red brick, with the east half set a little higher. Both halves have a garage door, with metal service doors next to them. The 2nd floor has three bays of windows at each half, with the west half having double-windows, and the east half having taller industrial-style windows; the middle bay at each half is wider. Above the windows are grids of raised bricks. The two roof lines are marked by stone copings.
