2-story commercial building completed in 1946. It is clad in beige brick. The ground floor has a wide bay at the west end, with a set of black metal service doors and a narrow window, all framed by white tile in a herringbone pattern. The wide middle bay has a glass door and a large plate-glass window, also with the same tile surround. Both of these bays are topped by a black iron suspended canopy. The smaller east bay has a secondary entrance, and all three bays are topped by transoms with glass blocks. Wide piers of grey brick separate the three bays.

The 2nd floor has four bays of triple-windows, separated by grey brick spandrel with horizontal grooves. A flagpole projects out from below the 2nd bay from the west, and the roof line is marked by a thick stone coping.

The bakery that occupies the building was founded in 1994, on its namesake Sullivan Street in SoHo. It moved to this location in 2000, and has since opened other outlets as well.
