3-story commercial building completed in 1940. It is clad in vertically-laid, white-painted brick. The ground floor has two loading docks, and a narrower pedestrian door on the right, all three with grey roll-down metal gates. The 2nd floor has a double-window in the middle and single-windows at the ends, while the top floor has another single-window at the east end, and a very small, square window in the middle. The roof line has a white stone coping, stepping up toward the east, where there is a rooftop bulkhead.

For many decades the building was used as an auto repair shop. The building is now occupied by Scheimpflug camera and lighting rental company.
