7-story modernist residential building completed in 2008. Designed by H. Thomas O'Hara, it consists of two similar 7-story buildings with a courtyard in between, joined by a greenhouse. The facades of both buildings are set behind silver iron fencing with dark-grey brick posts and base. The main entrance is through the south building, at the east end, where there is a set of metal-framed glass double-doors next to a plate-glass window, and a white metal service door at the far end, separated by a red-brick panel; this entire area is covered by a suspended metal canopy. The north building has a smaller entrance also at the east end, with a metal-framed glass door and sidelight below a metal canopy.

The east end of the south building's south facade is framed by two piers of white brick edged in grey brick. In between is a bay of narrow double-windows and a wider double-window bay with panes of unequal width. These bays are separated by a red-brick pier, and to the left is another narrow double-window bay with a wider red-brick pier on its west end. These window bays are all edged in grey brick, and there are metal vents in the spandrels between floors. The rest of the facade to the west is of beige brick, with six double-window bays. They are visually organized into two groups of three, with the middle bay of each group enclosed by grey brick from the 2nd-7th floors. At the ground floor the beige brick section has six window bays of various widths.

The north facade of the north building on 48th Street is very similar, with red and white brick at the east end, and beige and grey brick at the west section. Both buildings have rooftop terraces.

The buildings contain a combined 108 condominium units.
