164-foot, 12-story postmodern office building completed in 2021. Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, it is clad in a curtain wall of glazed black terracotta and reflective glass. The ground floor is articulated as four bays along the avenue, and five on 28th Street, with storefronts in the eastern three. The next one has a service entrance, and the west bay has the main entrance, with glass double-doors.

The upper floors are presented as a tight grid of nearly-square windows, nine across on the south facade, and seven on the east facade, plus a narrower end bay that wraps around the southeast corner. The black terra-cotta spandrels are beveled.
