4-story residential building completed in the 1880s. It is clad in white-painted brick above a ground floor of red brick. There is a very deeply recessed entrance on the left with a white wood-and-glass door. To the right is a window and a garage door. The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with light-grey stone sills and flat lintels. A grey metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is topped by a ribbed metal parapet.
