5-story residential building completed in 1886. It is clad in warm variegated brick, with more of the darker red hues at the ground floor and roof parapet. The main entrance is near the center, with a metal-framed glass door; to the left is a small storefront with a display-window and a recessed glass door, and to the right is an even smaller storefront; a blue canvas awning covers both the main entrance and the east storefront.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with varied brick spandrel panels below the windows. Below the 2nd floor they are outlined squares, below the 3rd floor simpler outlined squares, below the 4th floor vertical bands set at a 45-degree angle, and below the 5th floor small diamond shapes within outlined squares. The facade is crowned by a brick parapet with the ends slightly stepped-up, and the middle having a wide stepped-up area with sloped sides, and the whole lined with a white metal coping along the upper edge. The storefronts are occupied by Preston Konrad home goods store, and W 49 New Cleaners.
