6-story residential building originally completed as a 4-story building in about 1870. It is clad in red brick above a ground floor with a central entrance (with a paneled wood-and-glass door and transom framed by grey iron pilasters), flanked by two small storefronts of metal, glass, and tile, with wood panels across the tops.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with beige stone sills. The 4th floor is topped by a thin stone cornice with vertical-laid bricks below it. The windows on the top two floors are wider. A grey metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a brick parapet and metal coping that steps up toward the middle, where there is a notch cut out. The ground floor is occupied by Iron Chef, and Bulbap Grill.
