8-story modernist residential building completed in 1981. Designed by Alberico Pompa, it is the north building in a 2-building complex, with a courtyard separating the slightly longer but otherwise identical south building on 51st Street. They are clad in red brick, with the north building spanning a total of 22 bays. The middle three are slightly projecting, with the main entrance at the ground floor having glass-and-metal double-doors in the center bay and double-windows in the other two, surrounded by grey brick. A red-painted concrete canopy with a series of arches along the underside covers the ground floor at this section. Above, the center bay has a single-window and the other two have double-windows at the upper floors.

To the east, there is a double-window, two single-windows, two more double-windows, a single-window, a double-window, a final single-window, and a double-window end bay, with the same windows on the ground floor. To the west, there pattern is almost the same, except with an extra bay of double-windows. The windows all have red metal framing and air-conditioning vents below them. Landscaping is enclosed by black iron fencing to either side of the center section.

The east elevation has double-window end bays, with two bays of single-windows in the middle, and smaller bathroom windows between them and the end bays. Together, the two buildings contain 235 apartment units.
