 apartment building, senior citizen home

8-story senior housing residential building completed in 2005. Designed by Ting & Li Architects, it is clad in red brick. The ground floor has a limestone band across the bottom and top, and thin limestone stripes. The facade is symmetrical, with a recessed area in the center, where the main entrance is located. It has glass-and-metal double-doors below a curved metal canopy, with glass-and-metal infill on either side. The upper floors at the recessed section have two inner bays of double-windows and an outer single-window in either side, all with pale-green metal framing. There are pale-green metal air-conditioning vents below the single-windows and the outer halves of the double-windows. The short side walls of the recessed area both have a double-window.

The south and north sections of the east facade are both divided into two halves by a vertical groove running from the 2nd-8th floors. Each section has a double-window flanked by a single-window on either side; the double-windows have vents below them. At the roof line each section is capped by a red-painted stone coping, with a stepped-up piece in the center of each section, also with red stone coping, and a simple, small, incised square.

The building contains 85 apartment units.
