12-story modernist cooperative-apartment building completed in 2013. Designed by SLCE, it is clad in red brick and grey metal panels. The 2-story base has a low, grey granite water table and metal spandrels between the two floors. There are 11 total bays, with the main entrance in the 3rd bay from the west. It has glass-and-metal double-doors, sidelights, and a low transom below a grey metal canopy. The base is capped by a concrete band.

The piers on the south facade alternate between brick (edged in grey metal at the base) and grey metal panels, except for those framing the entrance bay, which are both brick. The upper floors at this bay have two narrow double-windows, while the other bays have a wider double-window; they all have lower panes with a metal vent built into one of them. There are vents in both lower panes on the ground floor, where there are also geometric metal grilles over the windows. The exception is the double-wide bay to the east of the main entrance, which has a large triple-window and a metal service door. The upper floors have brick spandrels between floors in each bay, of a slightly darker shade, and crossing over the metal piers.

The top three floors are set back from a cast-stone band across the top of the 9th floor. The west elevation is clad in the darker shade of red brick, and has a bay of square windows near the front, at the 4th-9th floors.

The building contains 96 apartments.
