11-story modernist residential building completed in 2005. Designed by Ting & Li Architects, it is clad in red brick. On the west facade along the avenue, the ground floor is clad in silver metal panels, and the piers on the 2nd floor have brown brick with thin blue stripes. The silver panels continue along the west end of the south facade's ground floor, also occupied by a commercial space, and the rest of the ground floor is clad in the same brown brick, with more widely spaced stripes on the piers. The main entrance is centered and recessed on the south facade on 52nd Street, with glass-and-blue-metal double-doors between wide sidelights; the entry is covered by a curved, blue-grey metal canopy framework with translucent panels. The commercial west end of the south facade has five bays, with plate-glass in three of them, a metal-and-glass garage door in one, and a glass-and-metal pedestrian door in the middle bay. The east end has four bays with double-windows in blue metal framing, with vents extending down below the eastern halves of each. This same window arrangement in seen on the 2nd floor at the east bays, and mirrored at the west bays, while the two bays above the main entrance (which is framed by wider piers) have double-windows with vents below their entire width. A brown-brick band course caps the 2nd floor.
The base of the west facade on the avenue has eight bays, with a very wider pier separating the south bay. Two of the ground-floor bays have glass double-door, and the rest have plate-glass windows. The 2nd floor has windows like those on the south facade. The upper floors have two windows in seven of the bays, with blue metal vents below one of them. The south end bay and the 4th bay from the north have double-windows with wider vents. Above the 2nd floor the southwest corner is chamfered, and has thin blue stripes. The north and south ends of the west facade set back above the 8th floor, with the middle three bays extending up to the 10th floor, where there are smaller setbacks at the ends. The 11th floor has a wider double-window in the middle bay, with a single-window on either side.
The upper floors on the south facade have 11 total bays, with double-windows in the center two and the west end bay. The others each have two single-windows with vents below one of them. The middle four bays continue above the 8th-floor setback at the ends, with a small setback at the ends of the 10th floor, and the 11th floor having two single-windows in the middle, with another to each side.
The building contains 96 apartment units. The ground floor at the west end is occupied by Manhattan Armor executive armored vehicles.
