162-foot, 12-story Neo-Classical office building completed in 1913. Designed by Richard Berger, it has a tripartite organization, with a 3-story, cream-colored limestone base, a 6-story beige-brick midsection, and a 3-story limestone top. At the base, eight 2-story Doric columns stand atop grey granite plinths, and separate the facade into seven bays.

The main entrance is in the east end bay, while the west one has a garage entrance. The main entrance is framed by bellflower pilasters with scrolled brackets carrying a triangular pediment topped by dragons. The simpler west end bay has a surround and simple triangular pediment. The next two bays to the right have loading docks, and the remaining three have tripartite glass-and-metal storefronts, with middle one with glass double-doors and a suspended black metal canopy. The ground floor is occupied by Stickley Audi & Company furniture.
