10-story modernist residential building completed in 2009. Designed by David Hu and Arctangent Architecture + Design, it is clad in grey metal and blue glass, with a strip of dark-grey brick along the east edge, above a ground floor stainless-steel and glass. The residential entrance is on the left, with glass double-doors, next to a curved steel column with a service door embedded in it. To the right is a glass-and-metal storefront.

At the upper floors the brick strip at the east end grow slightly wider with each floor up to the halfway point, and then begins to recede back. Each floor has a triple-window on the left, with a translucent glass panel separating the 5-pane window band on the right, two of which operate as sliding doors to access the small balconies that angle out toward the west end. Stainless-steel band separate each floor, and serve as the floor of the balconies, which now have frosted green glass railings. These replace the original white metal mesh screens that the building was completed with. Each steel band also angles out slightly at the east end.

The east and west elevations are plain dark-grey brick walls, with some narrow single-windows on the west side. The ground floor space is occupied by H&R Block.
