5-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1887, along with the similar two buildings on either side. It is clad in red brick above a ground floor with a stone, metal, and glass storefront and yellow-painted brick end piers. The residential entrance is at the north end, with a metal-and-glass door, with the storefront's glass-and-metal double-doors closer to the south end.

The 2nd floor has been altered with a different shade of brick, and two double-windows, and is framed by a band of pale-red stucco across the top and at the ends. The upper floors have four bays of single-windows. There are grey-painted spandrel panels with foliate ornament between the 3rd & 4th floors, and grey eared lintels on the 3rd-5th-floor window, with the top floor also having keystones; there are all paired across the middle two bays. A corbelled brick band course sets off the 5th floor, which has corbelled sections above the keystones. A green metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a dark-green metal roof cornice with scrolled brackets, modillions, tall dentils, and a pattern of rosettes.

The ground floor is occupied by Popeyes Chicken.
