5-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1887, along with the similar two buildings to the north. It is clad in white-painted brick above a ground floor with a metal-and-glass storefront and cast-iron piers covered with small, multi-colored tiles. The residential entrance is at the north end, with a glass-and-metal door, next to the storefront entrance.

The 2nd floor has been altered with a wide tripartite window in the middle and double-windows at the ends, in white-painted iron surrounds. A banded string course sets off the upper floors, which have four bays of single-windows. There are spandrel panels with foliate ornament between the 3rd & 4th floors, and eared lintels on the 3rd-5th-floor window, with the top floor also having keystones, all of these paired across the middle two bays. A corbelled band course sets off the 5th floor, which has corbelled sections above the keystones. A brown metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a brown metal roof cornice with scrolled brackets, modillions, tall dentils, and a pattern of rosettes.

The ground floor is occupied by Manhattan Diner.
