Former Dreicer Building which was built c. 1878 Jacob Dreicer to house his luxury jewelry business. In 1986, Lord & Taylor leased the entire building and had the exterior reproduced around the 39th Street corner, including the vast show windows with their Roman upper sections. Only the rear section retained its rusticated first and second floors. It was linked internally and used as their jewelry store until the location closed in 2019.
