10-story extended-stay hotel completed in 1985. Designed by William Fryer, it contains furnished apartment for business professionals, managed by Oakwood. The narrow building is faced pre-cast concrete and metal painted three shades of grey. The wider south facade on 50th Street is organized into six bays; the western five each have a double-window (Except for the 10th floor, which has triple-windows), while the eastern bay has circular windows. The thin west facade on the avenue has two bays with the same double-windows. There is a glass-and-metal storefront at the west end, and the main entrance at the east end, with glass doors below a stainless-steel canopy that extends out over the sidewalk. The north and east elevations are plain concrete, and there is a mechanical penthouse at the northwest section of the roof, with a water tower at the east. The ground floor is occupied by an M&T Bank branch.
