201-foot, 20-story modernist hotel completed in 2019. Designed by Marvel Architects, it is clad in beige brick in a banded pattern. The base has four wide bays of windows, with the fifth bay on the east side having the main entrance, with two sets of metal-framed glass double-doors and sidelights, below a suspended metal marquee lined with light bulbs on the underside. There is a garage door at the far east end. The far west end has an entrance to the rooftop bar, with a double-door and single door together below a smaller marquee.

The upper floors have 12 bays of square openings with double-windows with one wider pane and one smaller pane divided by grey metal mullions. There is a large setback above the 7th floor, and the top floors have additional, smaller corner bays wrapping around to the side elevations. In the center, the top three floors are recessed at the middle four bays.

There is an amenity space on the 9th floor, and a rooftop terrace. The hotel contains 353 guest rooms.
