Olindo Grossi House

Residence designed c. 1949 in the Modern style by and for Olindo Grossi who was a professor and chairperson of architecture at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn. It made use of a hill which allowed unique three-level design that rose two stories in the rear. It was purchased by the present owners from the Grossi family.
