131-foot, 12-story hotel completed in 2000. Designed by Stephen B. Jacobs Group, it is clad in red brick. The main entrance is on the wider south facade on 26th Street, which is six bays wide. The entry is recessed in the 3rd bay from the right, with black metal-and-glass double-doors, sidelights, and a transom. The bay to the right and the three to the left have windows with small horizontal panes in a black metal grid and larger panes at the top. The east end bay has a service entrance with metal double-doors. A white pre-cast stone band tops the ground floor, and a downward-sloping glass canopy with steel supports covers both the main entrance bay and the one to the right, with steel lettering rises above it at the entry reading "HOTEL GIRAFFE".
The upper floors have narrow 5-over-1 paired windows in the three western bays and the east end bay, with thin concrete bands between each floor. The other two bays are recessed above the ground floor and have French doors opening onto curved concrete Juliet balconies with decorative metal railings. The 2nd bay from the west also switches to French doors with similar curved balconies beginning at the 4th floor, and with a shallow, flat railing at the 3rd floor. There are brick quoins at both ends of the facade and also on either side of the recessed bays, which end at the 12th floor. The top floor has another set of paired windows at the east end bay. The floor of the 12th floor extends forward above the recessed bays below at the next two, but the actual facade section is set far back behind the piers and a terrace. At the western three bays, the outer halves of the outer bays are set back, with a single-window at the inner halves, and a large window at the middle of these bays. A curved roof tops this section, and a smaller curved roof tops the east end bay.
The west facade on the avenue's ground floor has two bays like those at the west end of the south facade, and a north bay with a commercial entrance with glass double-doors, sidelights, and transom, and a sloping glass canopy above. The upper floors have single-windows in the south bay, French doors in the middle opening onto more balconies (beginning on the 3rd floor), and a recessed north bay with more French doors and curved balconies.
The west end of the ground floor is occupied by Bread & Tulips restaurant.
