condominiums, apartments, 2018 construction
230 foot, 22 story post-modern residential building completed in 2018. The building is primarily glass and dark grey in color, with its facade protruding out from the typical building line, with a setback on the 16th floor. The ground floor is clad in grey stone, with the main entrance at the north end, with a revolving door and traditional glass doors under a shallow canopy of steel and frosted glass. To the south is a storefront with two plate-glass show-windows flanking a glass door.
The building has 4 undefined window bays, each with a tripartite window pattern in between, with only one thin window framing the building on either end. Each floor is separated by a silver metal grate, on all three sides of the facade. Above the setback, the building recedes to its small silver-colored frame, which rises up the whole elevation of the building, capping off the facade. Here, there is no metal grate separating each floor. Its window design is different on the pentultimate floor, with the elimination of the larger window bays and, instead, having multiple smaller ones.
The back of the building has a similar glass facade.
The sides of the building are plain in design, the same color as the building's silver frame. There is one central bay of windows on the building south side, along with two windows on the building's top two floors, all the way to the left. There is also one wider window on the very top floor, to the building's right side. On the north side, there is one window on the top floor, all the way to the right, along with a two-story window all the way to the left. There are additionally two mechanical floors on the top of the building.
The ground floor is occupied by Lazzoni Furniture.
