5-story (including raised basement) townhouse originally completed in 1843. Like several other originally Greek-revival row houses along this street, it was remodeled in the early 1900s with a white stuccoed facade, and the stoop replaced by a lower-level entrance down a few steps from the sidewalk, and set behind a low brick wall and iron fence. The door is set in a brick surround, and to the left are two windows. The upper floors have three bays of single-windows growing shorter at each floor. Those at the 2nd floor have full iron grilles, while the 3rd-floor windows have lower-half grilles. They all have simple stone sills and black metal lintels. Between the 2nd-floor windows are mounted a pair of playful jockey figurines. The 4th floor is topped by a black metal roof cornice with four console brackets, surmounted by an attic floor with a Spanish-tiled low-sloped mansard and a wide, square-headed dormer.
