This part of the Delta 2 Complex is located in the state of Piauí, Brazil, a few km from the beach and 7 km west of the village of Pedra do Sal, which lies 10 km northeast of the city of Parnaíba. This section on Ilha Grande is one part of the Delta 2 Complex, which contains a total of 34 GE Energy 2.2-107 wind turbines in two groups and was commissioned in 2014. These 20 turbines have a combined nominal capacity of 44 MW, whereas Delta 2 as a whole is rated at 74.8.
